I think it’s so easy to Moan & Groan about an experience rather than to recognize the effort, for example, that a staff gives for what they have to work with … I so very blessed to say o am well travelled and have been guest to some of the most luxurious and SOUGHT AFTER properties certainly in this country … and whether The Beverly Hills Hotel or the hunk or humble Red Roof in New Britain CT there’s ALWAYS STUFF TO COMPLAIN ABOUT .. let me sun this up quickly : THE STAFF AT THIS PROPERTY for the MOST PART are SUPERIOR … and at the end of the day they go out of their way to comfort guests if needed, provide solutions to small potential unexpected issues and MOST importantly go to great lengths to keep they’re guests satisfied AND SAFE …

Indoors hallways and room access. Lobby door lock from 9pm- open by room key cards-. Plenty of parking. Near interstate. Riverwalk Park minutes walk away. Historical downtown half hour walk, minutes by car/taxi .. McDonalds, Burger King minutes walk away

It’s not trying to be anything it isn’t if that makes sense. It a bit tired but clean. The room was comfortable. Bed was large and plenty of pillows. Towels and toiletries were good. Very basic facilities. Would be good if they could offer some breakfast again. Coffee at least and pastries. They used to but stopped due to Covid. Surely that is not an issue now. Checkin was quick. Front desk staff efficient and friendly.
